We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and unworn

In the same condition that you received it

With tags attached
-
In its original packaging
-
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at info.minutebag@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Returns must be sent to the following address:

Returns sent without first requesting a return approval will not be accepted.
Important Return Conditions

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

After 7 days, the order will be considered accepted and no return will be allowed.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

The product unboxing video is required in case of damaged, missing, or wrong product claims.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.minutebag@gmail.com with:

Photos/video proof
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is valid.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards

Used products

Personalized/customized items

Items damaged after use
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you want a different product, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method within 7-10 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
Customers must share bank/UPI details for COD refunds.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
