Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed only after confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Time
Standard Delivery (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch.
Most customers receive their orders within 6–9 business days from the order date.
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather conditions, or festival seasons.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

Any shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email/WhatsApp to track your package.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on eligible pincodes across India.
Please ensure your phone number and address are correct.
Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not completed.
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restriction of future orders.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the order is undelivered due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal, the order will be returned to us.
Damaged or Open Parcel
If the parcel appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at:
